The kindly folks at White Wolf were... well, kindly enough to honor me (http://www.white-wolf.com/index.php?line=news&articleid=995), which only serves to feed my raging ego. It hungers, you know. It has many mouths, and razor teeth, and it eats and eats and eats.
Actually, they basically scared the unmerciful crap out of me this morning, because I had no idea this was happening. I load up their webpage, and blink with groggy eyes at... me, looking back at me.
I became immediately convinced that this was some sort of Advanced Hacker Cookie, some cruel trick that used a kind of infernal Google-based algorithm to pluck my photo and other salient personal information from my computer. I figured it was only moments before some deposed Ethiopian Minister of Transportation would ask me for my social security number or a small sum of $5,000.00.
That didn't happen, and then I realized it was real.
So, anyway, Happy Wendig Day. A good excuse to sell some books of mine for a bit of lowered coin.
I'm admittedly unsure as to the rules of Wendig Day. Do you send me a card? Do I send you all cards? Will someone buy me a pony? A hooker? A hooker riding a pony? I just don't know.
If you're in the know, give a shout, hook a brother up with the holiday rules.

This just describes my mood right now. That's all.
As a freelance writer, I'm always terrified of how new clients will react to my work.
However, lately, I've been getting some amazing feedback. It's the reason for my happy face right now.
Like they say, the customer is always right. :) And it certainly makes working a much more pleasurable experience when the market is reacting kindly to what you produce.
I'm sure many of you photogs know exactly what I'm talking about right now. Cheers.
