Browser within Browser Technology

Our Browser-within-Browser Technology allows users to hop from one site to another using iFrames.

iFrames allow us to put your site under our Browser within Browser Technology.

Why is your toolbar on the left unlike some other sites that are on top?

Well, one day we got really drunk and found that 99% of sites in the world have more space to the left and right than to the top or bottom.

You see, having a "Toolbar" or anything like that hinders your view of the height of a website.

By having our "web-toolbar" on the left, our toolbar is pretty much as if it wasn't there.

If you don't believe us, think of it this way.

How many new laptops and new monitors are wider than its height?

100% of them!

Here's the specs to most websites that have been made today and last 10+ years:

800x600 1024x768

Even though we have most laptops and LCD displays having the resolution of 1440x900 or 1680x1050 pixels, most new websites are still made to be under 1024x768.

Which makes it perfect for us to put that toolbar on the left.

Our toolbar is not really a toolbar since it's embedded onto our website. It's simply a sidebar really.

How come you guys don't have toolbars?

Well, that's a great question. Again, most toolbars such as a Firefox extension, would have to go on top of your browser, taking up valuable height of your viewing space.

We will have such a toolbar available soon too for those who want it but the whole point of SiteHoppin' is that you can be on any computer, anywhere in the world, even on your iPhone or iPod Touch, and be able to use the site freely without installing annoying toolbars that will slow down your browser and pick up information about you, your computer, and whatnot. I mean, who wants that?

By having the toolbar embedded in our site, you can be on Firefox, Safari, IE, or any other browser to surf the web using the new "Web Player".

SiteHoppin' is a "Toolbar-less" Browser-within-Browser that let's you find new interesting sites.

Are iFrames bad for SEO?

No, they are not bad at all. No content under iFrames is searched by Google crawlers.

You can check out all the indexed pages of our site if you don't believe us. Only thing that gets indexed is the title itself and nothing else.

Do they create fake traffic?

No, iFrames are basically your site within our browser. So everytime you load a site, that site gets a hit.

We do not modify the loaded sites' content in any way or form, SiteHoppin' is a "Browser" within "Browser".
