The Beer Algorithm
While Sergey Brin and Larry Page have took over the world with their PageRank algorithm, coined the “Google Algorithm”, the developers at SiteHoppin’ have flunked out of college and started drinking out of their minds to ease their state of minds.
During state of total and complete drunkenness, we devised a simple and a new algorithm to help Site Hoppers get the best out of their “SiteHoppin’” experience.
We introduce you “The Beer Algorithm“. Basically instead of simply hopping “random” sites, now you get to hop the “best random” sites based on community beer voting and drunkenness. We don’t know how well people can “judge” sites while drunk but we think it might work great for the site.
Now you can promote your sites to by simply voting with more beers! Yey! (The beers now actually prove to be an important core functionality of the site and not serve simply as ratings.)
Note: Our core developer just hurt his back so bad that we probably won’t update the site until he gets better. (or get drunk enough not to feel the pain)
