Okay, today we are going to show you HOWTO drop Entrecards like a Mad Dog using our own SiteHoppin site. (Yes, above screen picture shows we are 2nd most popular, not too bad for our drunken efforts.)

Once you realize the secret, you will probably go ahead of us on the Most Popular page at Entrecard but at least you know how to do that.

So here how you can use our “tagging” function to get more reciprocal drops AND take those favorite blogs with you anywhere and anytime there’s an internet connection:

1. Start tagging your favorite blogs on Entrecard with your own custom tags such as “My custom tag” using our Tag function or Submit them if they don’t exist already.
(You can also use our Bookmarklet for your Firefox, IE, Safari browser and tag on the go.)

2. Everyday, try to tag around 20 to 30 until you have 300 blogs that you like to visit everyday and also drop cards.

3. Try to add active Entrecarders that reciprocate your drops. I usually add lots of blogs that are in my inbox since that means they like to reciprocate.

4. Once you have a list of 300 blogs in your “custom tag”, you can SiteHop them everyday using our custom tag search function. You can be anywhere, the library, the bathroom, or even in the bus with your iPhone.

5. Make sure to choose “Iterate” when using custom tag search function, otherwise you will be randomly hoppin’ among your 300 blogs instead of going one-by-one:

The greatest part about tagging your own “custom tags” is that you only get to read and drop Entrecards on the blogs you like. You can resort to other ways such as bookmarking them in your Firefox browser but you can’t carry that with you. Even if you did carry a 4GB memory stick like me, it can be time consuming as soon as you are transferring that file, bookmark or whatever.

Now, the only thing you have to remember is your SiteHoppin’ username and password. No need to start an Entrecard guild, You-Drop-I-Follow, or none of that time consuming nonsense. Just tag 300 of your favorite blogs and go hoppity hoppin’ away while earning beer credits too.

I can’t tell you my custom tag since I don’t want to get it filled with blogs that I don’t want to hop and drop. (Well, we are still working on the custom tag search function that only hops users’ tags, not everyone’s tags…until then…just keep your custom tags a secret to yourself until we update the “user custom tag search”)

FYI, we started doing this about couple days ago and we shot up from like 15th place to 2nd place on the Most Popular List just like that!
