Payout History has been added to Affiliate Dashboard, this is where commission history will be displayed if you get paid with dates of Paypal payouts too.

So far, only 1 person has filled out their SSN/address info so please fill them out if you want to be paid.  (We are paying 10% interest to anyone who has their commission not paid yet and $50 minimum payout will only be for future payouts so…)
